Development of a couples-based health behaviour change intervention for older adults living with diabetes: the DDD study
We are looking for couples in which at least one partner is currently being treated for type 2 diabetes. This study aims to create a program for couples to support each other in building healthy habits, specifically for older adults with diabetes.
