Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia

As part of our studies, we are offering cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi). CBTi is a psychological therapy that is considered the gold-standard for the treatment of chronic insomnia. These therapies are delivered by advanced graduate students or licensed psychologists supervised by Dr. Gouin. Private psychotherapy

Dr. Gouin is a clinical psychologist who maintains a psychotherapy private practice focusing on the treatment of anxiety, depression, insomnia, and post-traumatic stress disorder. For more information, please contact Dr. Gouin directly at jp.gouin@concordia.ca.

Couple’s behavioural therapy

As part of a study, we offered a behavioural therapy treatment. The purpose of this therapy was to evaluate a dyadic approach to facilitate couples’ goal in improving their healthy lifestyle. This therapy was delivered by advanced graduate students or licensed psychologists supervised by Dr. Gouin.
